My lab work now start on separation of some extract, after this i will continue to purification with silica gel and final purification with HPLC. I hope I can finish on time, all the technique is till new to me, cause in my country I have never been done any purification before. Hashidoko sensei really supervised me during all work, I think it is really precious experience and knowledge that I got in Hokudai. Here are some of the pictures of my extract.
