           Last week I maked the sequence of biglycan A of the zeabrafish by

sanger's method and read the sequence by automated sequence. It is the new

technique for me. Afterward, I learnt make the crustacean hyperglycemic hormone

primer for cloning gene. first step I checked the data base of the nucleotide in the

genebank (www.ncbi.com).
